The high quality LED signals from CAPTRON are the perfect alternative to conventional signal lamps in terms of service life, robustness and reliability.
CAPTRON LED signals don't need maintenance and don't wear out because they are fully encased in epoxy resin. This makes them perfect for daily use and able to withstand tough environmental conditions and industrial influences like heat, cold, dirt, dust, and chemicals. Their service life can be up to 100,000 hours, which corresponds to 11 years of continuous use.
There are many design options, materials, LED colors, and installation methods available, making them suitable for various industries and purposes, including public and private transport, industrial plant, and building technology. Our standard LED signal units can be customized to meet specific customer needs, such as LED colors, colored outer rings, and symbols.
CANEO series10 Signal

The modern CAPTRON signal lights in the CANEO series10 Signal series are perfect for a wide range of applications, including industrial automation, robotics and building technology. They are IO-Link capable, but can also be installed pre-programmed without IO-Link in standard environments.
Particularly noteworthy is the CANEO series10 Signal Hygienic, which comes with FDA approval, EU Regulation 10/2011, DIN EN 1672-2 and EHEDG hygiene certification. Meets the highest standards in the food, pharmaceutical and medical sectors.

CML1 Series
Multi LED signal lamps from CAPTRON light up in 7 different colors. The compact housings are available in polycarbonate, aluminium or stainless steel. The front is impact-resistant and can be cleaned using a pressure washer (classes of protection IK08 and IP68K). They can either be bolted to a front panel or installed flush.

CTL1 Series
Triple LED signal lamps from CAPTRON light up in 3 different colors. The compact housings are available in polycarbonate, aluminium or stainless steel. The front is impact-resistant and can be cleaned using a pressure washer (classes of protection IK08 and IP68K). They can either be bolted to a front panel or installed flush.

CDL1 Series
Duo LED signal lamps from CAPTRON light up in 2 different colors (green and red). The compact housings are available in polycarbonate, aluminium or stainless steel. The front is impact-resistant and can be cleaned using a pressure washer (classes of protection IK08 and IP68K). They can either be bolted to a front panel or installed flush.

CSA5 Series
The LED signal display from CAPTRON can be backlit with various, bespoke texts or symbols in different LED colors. The CSA5 is designed for gluing to single and double-glazed glass.
There is no need to make a hole in the glass for installation and the button can easily be clipped into the fastening flange. We can also provide corner and angle mountings for the flexible positioning of the CSA5 on the glass. We manufacture the housing in glass fiber-reinforced polycarbonate.

CSL6 Series
The full area LED signal lamp from CAPTRON is illuminated with 96 bright LEDs in red and yellow. The CSL6 is designed for gluing to single and double-glazed glass.
