Undamped and damped separating stops/stoppers are part of our program as well as corner dampers, index cylinders and backstops - both pneumatically and electrically driven. Stopper
Stopping and precise positioning of one or more workpiece carriers at a stop point. Variants with integrated damping system for particularly gentle and vibration-free stopping. Release of the workpiece carrier for further transport by lowering the stop. Pneumatically or electrically driven.
Roller systems
Particularly slim design, for use in roller conveyor systems. No rollers need to be omitted to make room for the stopper.
Angle dampers
Smooth stopping and precise positioning of a workpiece carrier at a stop point, in conjunction with a change of direction or at the end of a stitch section. Without lowering function.
Index cylinders
Particularly precise positioning and lifting of a workpiece carrier from the conveyor. Excellent alternative to lifting and positioning units, easier to handle and less expensive.
Anti-bounce stops
Hold the workpiece carrier in position at the stop point with pinpoint accuracy and without rebound. Mainly used in conjunction with undamped stoppers and for conveyors with a low coefficient of friction. Also for blocking the material flow against the intended conveying direction, e.g. at manual workstations or lifts. Optionally with lowering of the pawl to enable reversing operation.
Acceleration Unit
Quickly accelerate the workpiece carrier to the conveyor speed after completion of the work cycle. Significant reduction in cycle time.
Displacement Stops
Control of material flow at crossings, when changing between longitudinal and transverse transport. Narrow design fits between two parallel longitudinal sections. All positions can be controlled individually.
