Linear Actuators (Nanotec)

Linear drives are used to finely control large linear forces while keeping energy requirements low. They offer reproducible high resolutions in the micrometer range and reduce system costs on account of their simple and flexible motor design. The Nanotec linear actuators are available in sizes from 20 to 59 mm with linear guide (captive), in a standard version (non-captive) or as a positioning drive. The L41 and L59 series are also optionally available with an integrated encoder. Linear actuators are ideally suited for applications demanding a combination of precise positioning, fast movement and long service life.

HYBRID LINEAR ACTUATORS

Hybrid linear actuators are the perfect choice for applications with small positioning movements requiring high thrust and tensile forces in confined spaces. Nanotec offers hybrid linear actuators in different sizes to cover a wide range of forces and speeds. Ball bearings ensure a long service life.

PERMANENT MAGNET LINEAR ACTUATORS

Permanent magnet linear actuators have plain bearings on both sides and offer an economical solution for a wide range of applications. They are very precise, require little space and have a long service life. Ideally suited for hoists, rack-and-pinion systems or ball screw drives.
